A fashion (obsessed) foreigner, pursuing to be cultured.
Moving to a new city can be liberating, moving to a new country is freedom + severe culture shock. I recently moved from Chicago to Tel Aviv in attempt to have more warm weather and new adventures in my life.
At first, it’s overwhelming, everyday you learn so many new places to shop, eat, gaze and experience new endeavors. What took me by surprise was the casual-cool streetwear, the culture, the vibrant colors and the amazing food this city has ‘round the clock.
This blog is dedicated to learning how to tackle this immense task of immersing yourself in new surroundings, but wanting to fit in like a local, and much more, look like one with hopes of maybe one day being one.
You can expect me writing about the inspiring things I see in Tel Aviv, in fashion, in art, and design through the eyes of a foreigner. I hope this guide will serve as a spot to share on how to live life more fully, and look great doing it.
Please chime in and share your thoughts and experiences as I share mine.
